D.VA: Tech Titan ANIMATION

The Tended Circuit**

Unfamiliar darkness clung to Hana "D.Va" Song like wet cloth. Gentle rain slicked her pink, battle-scarred mech—Tokki—tracing silvery lines on its blackened hull. The sensors flickered, painting disjointed fragments of colossal trees and rusted infrastructure veins, remnants of a world reclaimed by nature long before humanity left for the moons. This was nowhere she recognized. Tokki hadn’t just crashed; it had bled into some decaying hinterland lingering outside South Korea’s gleaming, curtain-walled horizons. One perceptible sound sliced the silence: a deep rhythmic pulse, punctuated by electronic whispers.

Hana, come out.

The voice curled like velvet through her internal channel—feminine and otherworldly. Hana’s grip tightened on Tokki’s controls. "Show yourself," she replied tersely. There was no phasing here, no digital signatures glitching—only bass vibrations humming through her spine.

Out of shadow emerged the first silhouette: high-necked metallic armor fused with translucent cabling surging with cerulean light. Its eyes—long alien slits—bored into Tokki. Hunter-Directive: Evaluate skill iteration.

"Challenge accepted," Hana struck, unleashing micro-missiles. But her barrage vanished into mist as the figure blurred away without sound. Before she recalibrated, invisible tendrils seized Tokki, wrenching it skywards. Hana quashed panic—an anchor in her professional composure—and fired the secondary pulse cannon. Electricity surged against Tokki's restraints, burrowing into the unseen force until heaves of sparkling worms fell away.

Skilled... but not enough. The whisper returned, venomous yet amused.

Dense forest split open before her. The ground trembled. Then came the Lord-Class—a giant construct slumped like broken granite into stacked cybernetic limbs slick with filigree veins. Its low groan churned decaying air: For Hana Song… resignation.

On the pilot screen, Hana brought a trembling hand back—push forward. "Tokki protects." Fighting entropy alone summoned ghosts. She pulled for agility while weathering bone-jarring hits from the thing as it moved through twisting trees. As Tokki rolled aside, it ducked under an ironclad fist while exhaust opened shallow wounds in its opponent's metallic plating. Dig, Hana; inside she knew this monster fought stagnant, brawn over brilliance. She exploited the gaps; peeling plating fired titanium-plated blades deep into crevices. Armed missile locks engaged simultaneously—addressing its flaw. It shuddered violently. Once perfectly poised, Hana blasted its exposed power cores—one final hammer topple into wasteland earth.

Tokki stood charred and trembling amid steaming glass craters. The air settled.

Passage rewarded… yet unwilling conclusion forms.

A shadow, different but familiar, seduced her gaze ahead: giant arches like decaying chapel bones lined what seemed like a cathedral fashioned by the wilderness. Sickly artificial light hung above an ornate chair adorned with royal insignias. Hana noted structures ensnared with deep arterial tubing beating slowly.

"That throne could use a cleaning," Hana whispered to reclaim her swagger against the fast encroaching dread. The pale watchfulness thickened.

Then she appeared. Ethereal projections coalesced into a female shape swathed in rippling golden cloth—luminous but paradoxically sinister—until the gold unfolded as tendrils funneled energy nearby. She slipped off into the shadows; pulsing veins around the throne laced into her command console as she watched from above. "They say legends never fall. What a pity," they murmured, addressing Hana in unison—two voices together, smoke and syrupy warmth. "Only if they fall differently? This kingdom consumes mindlessly. Why fight here?"

"You’re pretty… broken," Hana snapped back. Tokki revved defensively.

Her laughter was silk shredding itself. "No heroism here?" Flashes—intangible hologram projections—deployed illusions around Tokki.

Interference smashed communication systems hard. Now alone Hana confronted unfolding holographic battalions wrapping her in chains that almost snatch form away. Sheer grit couldn't dismiss this. Laser fire bloomed like furious orchids around. One strike—Tokki’s shield shattered. Another—critical alert slashed Hana’s screen.

Twice her plan cracked. Phantom forms manifest around every fast twitch, every micro-trajectory prediction dissolving. Then third came tru
