The crowd roared in anticipation, their energy humming through the humid night air like electricity. The enormous arena was packed to capacity, buzzing with excitement as the floodlights blazed down onto the ring. This was no ordinary match. The ring was larger than life, surrounded by towering steel scaffolding, shadowed by massive screens that broadcast every move, every breath, every heartbeat to the thousands of fans present and millions watching around the world.

But despite the intensity of the atmosphere, there was only one person who mattered to Rainbow Mika—her opponent. A blur of movement stood across from her in the ring, a figure too fast for most eyes to track. Her opponent was known only as “Spectre,” a fighter notorious for speed that bordered on supernatural. Rumors swirled about Spectre's origins, some claiming she wasn’t entirely human. It was said she could move so fast that even the sharpest reflexes were useless. She could strike before you even realized the fight had begun.

But Rainbow Mika wasn’t easily intimidated.

Dressed in her trademark wrestling gear, her blonde hair tied in long pigtails that swayed with every movement, Mika stood tall, radiating confidence. Her blue and white outfit hugged her athletic form, the glittering material shining beneath the lights. Mika was more than just a wrestler—she was a performer, a showstopper, and tonight, she had a plan. She knew she wouldn’t be able to match Spectre’s speed blow-for-blow, but wrestling was about more than just brute force and agility. It was about tactics, strategy, and outwitting your opponent.

“Ladies and gentlemen!” boomed the announcer’s voice over the speakers, adding to the tension in the air. “The long-awaited match between Rainbow Mika, the Diva of the Ring, and Spectre, the Phantom of Speed, is about to begin! Place your bets now, because this will be one for the ages!”

The bell rang, a sharp metallic sound that sent shivers down Mika’s spine. She took a deep breath, her heart pounding in her chest as she stepped forward, eyes locked on her opponent.

For a moment, it felt like the world slowed down. Spectre remained motionless, her body cloaked in black and silver, her features hidden beneath a mask. She seemed almost ethereal, a ghostly figure that barely belonged in this world. Mika’s muscles tensed, readying herself for whatever was coming next.

Then, Spectre vanished.

A gasp rippled through the crowd as Mika’s heart lurched in her chest. She knew it was coming, but no matter how many times she prepared herself for it, it never felt any less shocking. One second, Spectre was there, and the next, she was gone, as though she had dissolved into the shadows. The ring felt empty, eerily quiet despite the deafening cheers from the audience.

Mika’s eyes darted around, trying to catch a glimpse of movement, any sign of where Spectre might appear. Her body moved on instinct, her mind racing through her options. Wrestling had always been about theatrics, about the thrill of the fight, but this… this was something else. It was like facing an apparition, an opponent who didn’t follow the rules of the physical world.

Out of nowhere, a sharp pain exploded across Mika’s back as Spectre’s fist connected with brutal precision. Mika staggered forward, barely able to react as she felt the sting of the blow radiate through her body. She spun around, but Spectre was gone again, nothing more than a whisper in the wind. Mika gritted her teeth. She wouldn’t let this get to her. She had trained for this moment. She had trained to withstand the impossible.

Another hit came, this time to her side, sending Mika sprawling to the mat. The crowd let out a collective gasp as Mika struggled to her feet, shaking off the pain. She could hear the murmurs of doubt rising from the audience, but she wasn’t done yet.

“Come on, Mika, focus,” she muttered to herself, her eyes scanning the ring. She knew she couldn’t beat Spectre at her own game, but that didn’t mean she couldn’t turn the tide in her favor.

It was all about timing. About rhythm.

Mika slowed her breathing, tuning out the crowd, tuning out the noise, and focusing on the subtle shifts in the air around her. Spectre could be faster than light, but she still needed to strike. And when she did, Mika would be ready.

The next hit came, but this time Mika was prepared. She sidestepped just in time, feeling the wind rush past her as Spectre’s attack missed its mark. Mika countere
